Orders ship from Kirkland, WA within 1–2 business days. US ground shipping is flat-rate $12 (free on orders over $99). Expedited options available at checkout.

Returns

30-day returns on unopened, factory-sealed units. Defective units covered by manufacturer warranty for 12 months from purchase. To start a return, email sinaparsania.dev@gmail.com with your order number.

Lithium battery shipping notice

GENX contains a lithium-ion battery. The unit ships via ground services in compliance with US DOT regulations. International shipping requires UN38.3 documentation; contact us before international orders.

Butane fuel

The lighter ships empty for safe transit. Standard butane refill cartridges (sold at most outdoor and tobacco retailers) are compatible.
